My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms are beautifully decorated, cleaned daily, and come with all the necessary amenities. I was welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine and a basket filled with delicious Cretan fruit. The location is really nice, set in the mountains on the west of Crete, offering a unique experience. The dining options were unexpectedly delicious, especially the breakfast. However, the only downside was the self-service food options. Overall, a wonderful experience with friendly and excellent service.

The welcome bottle of wine and basket filled with wonderful Cretan fruit was a delightful touch. The service was superb, leaving a bottle of wine, seasonal fruits, and a cake for our anniversary. The staff was extremely lovely, attentive to our needs, and very welcoming. The location is really nice, right by the beach, offering truly five-star service in all areas. The dining experience was unexpectedly delicious, especially the breakfast. Overall, the hotel provided excellent value for money.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms are luxurious with outdoor jacuzzis on huge balconies, and they come with all the necessary amenities including a coffee machine, iron, and even beach towels that you can change every day. The welcome bottle of wine and basket of wonderful Cretan fruit was a lovely touch. The service was impeccable, with attentive and polite staff offering a range of services from room service to car hire. The location is truly five-star, near the beach and surrounded by stunning scenery. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, offering delicious meals, especially the Italian strata. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
